By publishing with SCIA.TMC, you agree to assign the copyright on your article to the Publishing House of the Romanian Academy. You may not republish the paper in another journal or in a joint volume without the written permission of the original publisher.

The publisher has the right to republish articles or their abstracts in volume form, to place them in institutional repositories, to publish them online.

Authors retain the right to republish their work in a book of their own. They may also use all or part of their articles in teaching or in the preparation of derivative works. For example, they may extend the article into book-length form or in other work, such as a doctoral thesis. In addition, they have the right to publish their work, either as abstract or as full-text article, on academic networks (Academia.edu, ResearchGate, Mendeley, RILM etc.) or to store them in open access repositories. In all these cases, authors must provide acknowledgement of the original publication in SCIA.TMC (article title, journal name, issue number, year of publication, and page numbers).

Website users may read, download, copy, print SCIA.TMC articles, and search/crawl them for indexing. You may also distribute article copies in print/electronic format or link to the full texts of articles, provided that you do so on a no-charge basis and give full credit to the author. Reproduction and distribution for commercial or unlawful purposes of any SCIA.TMC texts and illustrations is strictly prohibited. Please note that republishing a SCIA.TMC article in another journal or in a book requires the written permission of the author and the original publisher.

If brief excerpts (quotations) from a SCIA.TMC article are used in other original work, proper bibliographic information must be provided, together with the URL perma-link.
